That's what Sam is this afternoon. He really did work hard this morning at his grading - they all did. Lost count of how many tonne ups they had to do but I was tired just watching them!!
He got a maximum of 9 marks for his flexibility - he went straight down into the box splits without any problem - for everything else he either got 8 or 8 1/2 so he is well on track for his black belt next year.
He is now going to chill out this afternoon playing Lego Batman and relaxing - he has deserved it.

Tom is really impressed with Sam's new belt, and sympathises with him about the tonne ups!! Maybe he can give Tom some good tips on flexibility - the box splits are a long way off in this house LOL
