The boys had their monthly tag test at karate this evening - it was 45 minutes of being beasted I think. Sensei Kayleigh worked them very hard - the sweat was dripping off them - but non of them complained. It means Sam is another step closer to his black belt - he has to get 6 tags on his belt before he can grade for his next belt which is brown and black.
they looked decidedly grumpy in the photos - all the wanted to do was collapse in front of the telly. Poor Sam was doubly tired as he had already played an hour and a half of hockey straight after school!!
Callum is also sporting a lovely black eye from banging heads with his pal whilst on the roundabout the other evening.

can see you've had a busy week, congrats to hubby on the test, the only thing I can compare to is my hubby having to take his UK driving test after having driven on his US licence for 12 months when he moved here....despite him driving thousands of miles in his life when he was in the USAF and then driving trucks in the US we were still both so nervous when he took his driving test to get his UK licence....it took two attempts for him to get it tho!
