My job is a customer service advisor for the local council so I spend a large part of my day answering phone calls from the public - so today my interaction for today is my mobile.

Today I have had some lovely people on the phone, some people who are so cantankerous I just can't help myself but wind them up that little bit more, I have been texting hubby and speaking to the deputy head teacher at Sam's school about an incident that happened yesterday.
