This is my second LO for Sarahs Book Of Me With a Difference over on Carolinez Craftz. We had to do a LO featuring our favourite cake - and one of mine is Bakewell Tarts. Now I have been to Bakewell and tried an "authentic" Bakewell tart but I didn't think too much of it - very greasy and soggy. Give me Mr Kipling every time - but I always have to save the cherry till last!!
