At last

We finally heard from our solicitor yesterday that the paperwork was through for the house - and we are getting it for the new reduced price. I can't tell you how much of a relief that was and now it is all systems go to see if we can sort out a mortgage in time for the handover day of 9th January.

We went down for a look at the house on Sunday and as there were no workmen around I managed to clamber up onto the scaffolding and have a look through the windows. The kitchen is almost in and its looks fab - its been such a long time since we chose it I had forgotten what it was going to look like!

The sun room is built and the view is from the end of the sun room through to the dining room and the lounge at the far end.

Now waiting for the tonnes and tonnes of soil that are needed to level the garden as its on a bit of a steep incline at the moment.
