Within seconds it’s clear he’s still a cheeky charmer, even if he’s transformed into a gorgeous guy who unexpectedly sets her pulse racing. Forced into close proximity with relentlessly cheerful Ryan, who’s forever (badly) singing rock ballads at the top of his voice, Imogen at first finds him an annoying distraction.

With St Patrick’s Day celebrations in full swing, Imogen has her work cut out to keep the job on track. Spending more time with Ryan, she discovers that, behind his warm smile and generous ways, he’s nursing heartache. But when she finally sees blue-eyed Lachlan again, Imogen has to face up to the truth about the secret summer romance they shared.

What did I think?

I haven't read much by this author but I do have a soft spot for a book set in Ireland.

I found this a sweet and easy read - as Imogen gives up the city life of Dublin and relocates to Emerald Bay. Loved the descriptions of this picturesque village and its inhabitants. I don't want to give anything away but I enjoyed the romance, the humour and the sense of community.

Overall I found this a delightful read - perfect for whiling away a few hours whilst curled up in a comfy chair with a bew.

This gorgeous festive romance is the perfect cosy read to snuggle up with this Christmas. Fans of Nicola May, Trisha Ashley and Debbie Macomber will love this wonderfully uplifting novel.

What did I think?

Another gorgeous festive read to enjoy.

I love a book set in Ireland and this one didn't disappoint. Shannon returns home to her large family after the break-up of her relationship. I loved the humour, the food and the setting. This is the first book in a new series so we will have more to enjoy. Enjoyed meeting Shannon's family especially Napoleon the cat.

A sweet story of new beginnings and a fab book to read over the holidays.

Yesterday I did a car boot sale to try and downsize my book collection. My husband says I am a hoarder!! It was very slow and didn't sell many. But out of my collection I picked up this book which I had bought in a charity shop but not read. So to while away the time I started reading it and now I am wondering why on earth I was getting rid of it as it's so good.
