What did I think?

I was introduced to Daniels books through the 20 Minutes series - I haven't yet finished the series but that is a plus as I still have some to look forward to.

I enjoy Daniels punchy writing style - short catchy chapters which make you feel like you are steaming through his books.

This story kept me on the edge of my seat - I am no good in second guessing what is going to happen next. Plenty of suspense and drama along the way.

An easy read but a totally engaging one.

What did I think?

I have been hooked on Daniel's books ever since I started reading his 20 minutes series.

I like his writing style and the short and snappy chapters which make for speedy reading.

Without giving anything away about the plot this book is full of twists and turns and a fantastic ending.  Kept me gripped from start to finish.

I really don't know how Daniel can write so many consistently great books without compromising the quality of his writing.

Not complaining though as it means more books to enjoy.

What did I think?

I enjoy Daniels books - I am still working my way through his 20 minutes series. A big draw for me is the short and punch chapters - they keep my interest and make for quick reading.

The opening chapter started with a bang.It was a gripping read right from the start with plenty of twists and turns to keep me reading. I think I could have sat and read it in one go - but pesky old work got in the way.

Without giving anything away I would describe this book as a rollercoaster of a read and totally addictive. But then I don't expect anything less of Daniels books.

What did I think?

The only books I have read by Daniel Hurst so far are his 20 minute series - and I am only about 6 books in so far. But I am really enjoying them - love the storylines, the characters and the writing style. I was hoping New Friends would be just as good.

And I wasn't disappointed. It was a chilling read - fast paced and full of drama. The story centers around a con trick and you think you know in which direction the story is going - but Daniel proved me wrong in more ways than once.

Dar and evil is how I would describe this book - and it was one that kept my interest from the first page to the very last.

I really don't know how Daniel Hurst manages to write so many books in quick succession but still maintain the quality of his writing. He has done it again.
