Emma Burstall was
a newspaper journalist in Devon and Cornwall before becoming a full time
author. Tremarnock, the first novel in her series set in a delightful
Cornish village, was published in 2015 and became a top-10 bestseller.
What Did I Think.
This is the 5th book in the Tremarnock series and having read the first 4 books this one was another delight. Reading the book felt a little bit like returning to say a favourite holiday destination (for me who used to go to Cornwall as a child) Loved getting reaquainted with the village and the characters and the introduction of some new ones. As with small village life changes ripple through the community. This is a delightful read and just perfect for curling up with on a cosy Sunday afternoon.
