My Month In Books

In October I read 8 books.

Only Sophie Tanner and Karen Swan were new authors to me this month - really do not know why I have never read a Karen Swan book before - so glad I now have her back catalogue to read.

If I had to pick my top book for October I think it would have to be The Dressmakers Gift by Fiona Valpy. It was the storyline that stayed with me - quite upsetting in places. I do enjy books set in this period.
