Pancake Day

I know its not pancake day but after our walk we decided to pay a visit to Baxters for one of their gorgeous pancakes. We don't go often - usually when we have visitors - as I find it all a bit touristy. Sam managed to finish of an adults large pancake covered in vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce. I was more reserved and had the same but in a child sized portion (and even then I felt a bit sick!!!) Rounded off with a mug of hot chocolate - just what we needed to warm ourselves up.
