Just a little - Andy is out in the Philipines at the moment working.
It hasn't been without it's moments though - after 19 hours and five planes - the final landing at Davao airport didn't go according to plan and the plane left the runway and ended up in a ditch! He was OK - cuts and bruises and a bit shaken up - maybe more due to the fact that it took the cabin crew 8 minutes to open the doors and deploy the shutes - and being the only English speaking person on board!!
But the photos he has posted on Facebook this morning maybe go someway to making up for it. He finished work on the rig yesterday but his flight home isn't until Tuesday so he has rented a seafront"hut" for £4 a night at Paradise Island . Not jealous at all!

Oh my goodness no wonder he was shaken up. Thank heavens he only had cuts and bruises.
Those pictures are stunning though, what a superb location to be staying in
That is not a good way to start a trip! Looks like he is having a great chance to relax before the return journey though.
Glad he is OK, but fancy having that view for £4 a night. Beautiful :0)
What scary photos! Glad to see he's getting some relaxing in.

Yikes... so glad I didn't read this before... Chris left for Manila on Sunday on a business trip... I would be very jealous if he manages the beachfront for £4 a night... what a fabulous view!
