30 Days of Thankful #28

Lucky to have Gemma's Lunchbox just down the street from work - perfect for when I don't fancy my own piece! They do the most amazing soups.

30 Days of Thankful #20

My weight loss might have slowed down to virtually nothing but my diet itself has improved 100% over the last 12 months - I eat a couple of these every day :)

30 Days of Thankful #19

Today I was super happy as we woke up to snow. I know it's not much but believe me when I say that I hope this is just the start. I love the snow - and will be doing my snow dance on a regular  basis.

I have lived up here 13 years now after moving from way down South in Devon where snow was a rare occurance - but it does make me laugh how the locals up here moan about the stuff. For a start they live in the wrong part of the country  if they hate it - and if they have lived all their lives up here shouldn't they be used to it by now?????

30 Days of Thankful #18

Found some time to carry on making my Christmas cards. I cannot take credit for the design though. I went to a Stampin Up party recently where the lovely Kate got us to make a card. As I already had the "Dasher" stamp I thought I would do my own version using old Christmas paper I already had - these are Back to Basics Vintage Christmas by Dovecraft.

Luckily I don't have too many to make.

30 Days of Thankful #17

A day which included some me time - at my local crop crafting with the girls, having a laugh and eating mince pies.

I scrapbooked, made some Christmas cards and did some more of my cross stitch.

30 Days of Thankful #16

Today I was bored. It's not often I say that as I can usually find something to do.

No walking as our friends were away and we had a visitor who didn't actually want to go out and do anything.

So needs must - I tidied my craft room. Have to say I felt much better after it - might actually do some crafting now.

Before.

After.

30 Days of Thankful #15

Since 1980 Children in Need has been raising money for disabled children and young adults in the UK - this year over £31 million was raised on the night.

Callum bought me a Children In Need wristband

He also paid to go to school in his onesie

And I paid good money to eat cake at work - all in the name of charity!

30 Days of Thankful #14

Thankful for a pop up shop in my local shopping centre organised by The Speyside Artisans.

It meant I could get my sugar fix with Traceys delicious tablet.

Also very thankful this isn't my homework - organic chemistry anyone?

30 Days of Thankful #13

Thankful to wake up to such a stunning sky.

30 Days of Thankful #12

Callum went on a school trip to Culloden today - and this is what he brought me back. Too sweet for me and ripped the roof of my mouth to pieces. The curse of the sucky sweetie!!

30 Days of Thankful #11

Thankful that at the ripe old age of 46 I have finally realised I do like tuna after all - but it does still smell like cat food!!
