An old photo from me today prompted by meeting the lovely Monty Halls (see previous post) this week and hearing him talk about his 6 month stay in a bothy out in the Western Isles.
We spent a few days on the Isles of Lewis and Harris back in 2010 - and Monty is right when he says the islands are the UKs version of New Zealand - they are stunning.
